幸运的,我毫发无损;
在生活里,我解不开的谜题;
那问题是: how does clubbing finger occur?
1:Trepopnea
Trepopnea is dyspnea (shortness of breath) that is seen in one lateral position but not the other. For example, a person can become short of breath when laying on their right side, but can breathe easier if they lay on their left. This usually indicates pathology of only one lung, not both. Patients with trepopnea prefer to lay on the side of the bad lung.
词汇2:Platypnea
Platypnea refers to shortness of breath (dyspnea) that worsens when sitting or standing up. It is the opposite of orthopnea. The word is derived from the Greek platus (= flat) and pnoia (=breath).
Platypnea is due to either hepatopulmonary syndrome or an anatomical cardiovascular defect increasing positional right-to-left shunting. These defects include rare syndromes in which the venous blood from the liver does not pass through the lungs, or if venous blood from the portal circulation reaches the inferior vena cava without passing through the liver.
词汇3:Orthopnea
Orthopnea (Greek from ortho, straight + pnoia, breath) is dyspnea which occurs when lying flat, causing the person to have to sleep propped up in bed or sitting in a chair. Orthopnoea is a symptom of heart failure. It can also occur in those with asthma and chronic bronchitis, as well as those with sleep apnea or panic disorder. The condition is often due to left ventricular failure and/or pulmonary edema. It is also associated with Polycystic Liver Disease.
